Jordan
Personal Trainer
I have been certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine for 8 years and have enjoyed working in a variety of fitness settings, including private training studios and an outdoor mommy class. My family has been the motivating force behind my passions. I have a family history of heart disease so in 2004 I completed an externship in cardiac rehab to further my knowledge. Being a mom of VERY active toddlers has increased my love of functional training. Our daily lives, whatever they include, need to be easier and more enjoyable so our training program must meet those demands. A few months after the birth of my daughter I was trained to use the TRX_Suspension Trainer, which became one of my main tools to get back into shape, and now is a staple in my exercise equipment. I love my job because I get to learn my c|ient’s motivating force and help them in their quest to enjoy the things that they love to the full.
