Jon Haley has been a Certified Personal Trainer for 8 years. Jon holds his Certifications through The American Aerobic Association International and The International Sports Medicine Association. He gained his Certifications from the 8-Time US Tai Chi Gold Medalist; David Dorian-Ross. Jon has a strong background in Boxing and Muay Thai Kickboxing. Jon’s intensive and energetic approach to his training has garnered him acclaim through his exceptional service to his clients. Jon has taught children’s anti-bullying group classes, “Back against the wall” training for senior groups and large group kickboxing programs designed to burn up to 1,000 calories!

Thomas Valenzuela has been a Certified Personal Trainer for 7 years. He is certified through the National Federation of Personal Trainers. Thomas has trained varying types of people; from the beginner to the upper level athlete. Thomas specializes in the design of sport-specific workouts for each person’s individual needs and goals. Thomas’s strength and conditioning, functional, flexibility, core strength, and cross training workouts are just a few of his specialties. Thomas is very enthusiastic when it comes to helping his clientele reach their goals.

Sam Hoffman has a Bachelor’s in Public Health and an Associate’s in Respiratory Therapy. She played for the 2007 University of Arizona Women’s National Championship Softball Team. Sam designs workout programs and gives nutritional advice to help athletes reach the top of their game. Sam also focuses her extensive knowledge on strength training and weight loss programs to help people of all ages reach their fitness goals. Whether you want to take your game to the next level, tone up or lose weight, Sam will get you there!
