I am NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) certified and have graduated from Apollo College in the fitness training program. With my expertise you will be sure to reach past all your fitness goals. I incorporate strength training to boost your fat burning ability, cardio to keep a strong healthy heart, and nutrition guidance to help you achieve the fitness levels you desire. Hi, my name is Sam Hoffman. I am an American Aerobic Association International (AAAI) and International Sports Medicine Association (ISMA) certified personal trainer at Platinum Fitness Downtown. I played for the 2007 University of Arizona Women’s National Championship Softball Team. Therefore, my training style is structured around sports enhancement. I combine core and agility training with weight training. I would like to share my knowledge of strengthening and conditioning with you. My goal is to teach you how to do exercises with the correct form so that you achieve the best results. Whether you are looking to bulk up, tone up, or slim down I can get you on your way to your fitness goals. When you are ready to start you will receive a personal training session on the house!
